PSYCHEDELIC ASSISTED THERAPY
For when insight has stopped working.
Some things the thinking mind cannot reach. Psychedelic assisted therapy uses carefully prepared altered states to loosen the patterns that insight alone will not move. The medicine is one day inside a much longer arc. What makes it work is everything built around it, before and after, which is where roughly eighty percent of this work actually happens.
Psychedelic Assisted Therapy Is Best For You If...
01
You have hit the ceiling of insight. You can explain your patterns with unnerving accuracy and still cannot feel them shift. The understanding is complete and the change has not arrived.
02
You are standing at a threshold. A death, a divorce, a diagnosis, an exit, an ending, or a success that did not deliver what it promised. The self that got you here will not carry you forward.
03
You are ready to meet something directly rather than manage it. Not looking for a shortcut, and willing to do the preparation and the integration that make this hold.
Psychedelic Assisted Therapy May Include
Thorough screening and medical review before anything begins
Four to six preparation sessions building nervous system capacity
Mapping of protective parts, somatic patterns, and intention
A full facilitated journey day held in a prepared setting
Multiple integration sessions across the following weeks
Asynchronous support between sessions
Ongoing tracking of what changes in body, relationships, and decisions
Preparation is where we build the container. The journey is where the material surfaces. Integration is where transformation actually lives. Skip either end and you get a profound experience and an unchanged life.
How I Work
Ways To Work With Me
01CONTAINERS
Structured arcs across weeks or months. The Microdosing Protocol runs eight sessions of steady, subtle recalibration. The Full Psychedelic Package holds the complete arc: preparation, one facilitated journey day, and full integration.
02INTENSIVES
Concentrated depth work over a weekend or several days. For people who cannot spread the work across months, or who need to step fully out of their life in order to meet what is underneath it.
03RETREATS
Immersive, destination based work in small groups or privately. Time, land, and distance from your ordinary context, with the same rigor of preparation and integration around it.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Yes. This work is conducted in Colorado in full compliance with the Natural Medicine Health Act. Journey days are facilitated by a licensed facilitator. My role is preparation, integration, and continuity of care across the whole arc. I do not provide, source, or administer substances, and I do not work outside a legal framework.
-
No. Preparation and integration work stand on their own, and some clients do this work without ever choosing a journey day. Nothing is assumed and nothing is pushed.
-
I will decline if you have a personal or first degree family history of psychosis or bipolar I, if you are in active untreated substance dependence, if you are currently in crisis and need stabilization first, or if you are taking medications with interactions we cannot safely address. Saying no is part of holding this well.
-
You are held for the full length of the experience in a prepared setting, with music, silence, and someone paying complete attention. You are not performing and you are not managing anyone. The day belongs entirely to you.
-
Because that is what determines whether anything lasts. Altered states temporarily soften the patterns that run your familiar self. That window closes. Whether you build something new into the opening while it is still soft is the entire question, and it is the entire job.
-
Most containers run three to six months from first session to close. This is slow work by design. It asks more of you than therapy does, not less.
-
For established clients, yes. If we have already done preparation and integration work together, standalone journey days are available. By then we know your system, your patterns, and what you are working with, so the container is already built. Returning clients often work this way.
For someone new, no. A first medicine session with no preparation and no integration is the most common way this work fails, and I will not sell you something I know does not hold. Standalone preparation or integration sessions are available on their own, including for people who journeyed elsewhere and are still carrying it unmetabolized.
The three session package is three medicine ceremonies across three months, each one surrounded by its own preparation and integration. One journey teaches you the terrain. The second and third are where the real work gets done, because you already know how to travel and we already know what surfaced. Most people who come in for one end up wanting this arc anyway.
