SOMATIC
WORK

Trauma is stored as a pattern, not a story.

Trauma is stored as a pattern, not a story. This work addresses the places where stress, grief, and old survival live in your muscles and nervous system. It helps you release what the body remembers, reconnect with your physical self, and cultivate genuine safety inside your own skin. Sometimes healing requires less talking and more listening to what the body has been saying the whole time.

Somatic Work Is Best For You If...

01
You understand your patterns intellectually and your body has not received the memo. The insight is complete. The clenched jaw, the held breath, and the braced shoulders are unchanged.

02
You live from the neck up. Highly capable, highly cognitive, and largely absent from the body you are carrying around. You are not sure what you feel because you stopped checking.

03
Talking has taken you as far as it goes. You are ready for a different door into the same room.

Somatic Work May Include

  • Nervous system tracking and regulation

  • Titrated work with activation, freeze, and collapse

  • Breath, orientation, and grounding practices

  • Boundary and defensive response work

  • Interoception training, learning to read your own signals again

  • Movement, gesture, and completion of interrupted responses

  • Integration of what surfaces into daily life

Your nervous system learned something once and never got the update. This work is not about forcing release. It is about building enough safety that your system finally chooses to let go on its own.
