Frequently Asked Questions
-
Small by design. Group size is capped so that everyone is actually seen and so that I can hold the room properly. Exact numbers vary by retreat.
-
No. Most people arrive alone. Something happens in a small group of strangers doing honest work that does not happen anywhere else, and the container is built to make that safe.
-
It depends on the retreat and the jurisdiction. Where it is included, it is clearly stated in that retreat's description, requires screening and medical clearance, and is facilitated within a legal framework. Where it is not, the work stands entirely on its own.
-
Tell me during registration and we will accommodate what we can. I would rather know early than have you white-knuckle a week.
-
Two group integration sessions in the weeks following, because the retreat is not the point. What you build afterward is. Individual integration is available for anyone who wants to go further.
-
Yes. Retreats are open to new people, and many clients begin here.
