Using this website, reading the journal, or submitting the inquiry form does not create a therapist client relationship or any professional relationship. A professional relationship begins only when you and Concierge Coaching & Therapy have completed a consultation, agreed on services, and signed a separate services agreement.
-
All content on this site is educational and general in nature. It is not a substitute for individualized assessment, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified professional, and it should not be relied on as such. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read here.
-
This site is not monitored for emergencies and cannot provide crisis support. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact your local emergency number immediately. In the United States you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, available 24 hours a day.

Hope England is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. Clinical therapy services are available only to individuals located in Illinois and Colorado at the time of service, which is a licensure requirement.
Coaching is a distinct, non clinical service. It is not psychotherapy, it does not treat mental health conditions, and it is available regardless of location. Which service applies to you is determined and clearly stated before any engagement begins.
-
Psychedelic assisted work is offered only within a legal framework. Facilitated sessions take place in Colorado and are conducted by a licensed facilitator in compliance with Colorado's Natural Medicine Health Act. Concierge Coaching & Therapy does not provide, source, supply, or administer any controlled substance.
Participation requires screening, medical clearance, and a separate informed consent agreement addressing risks, contraindications, and expectations. Not everyone is eligible, and eligibility is determined at sole discretion.
-
Every person and every process is different. No specific outcome, result, or timeline is promised, guaranteed, or implied by anything on this site or in any communication.

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Concierge Coaching & Therapy and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of this site or any services. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the six months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.

We may suspend or terminate your access to this site at any time and for any reason. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
